Hedge hog!

This cake (vegan/gluten free)for a friends girlfriend...story was her mom lost her hedge hog when she was young and has used this against her (to get her way) ever since. Needless they found this quite hilarious at the birthday party :) Clae? Chocolate with chocolate brandy butter-cream (thats right NOT dairy free but it was well received)

Under the sea...

This cake was a special cake made for my sister's 30th birthday. Since she is a little mermaid fan (yes, still) thought this made a perfect fit for her. The cake? Brown rice and white bean flour carrot cake (adapted from rebar) the top being an apple spice cake, also with brown rice/white bean flour.
