Wedding cake

Labels: This was the final cake I made for the Cake decorating class I took. So much fun. I love the fact that I can make something like this that looks great and is health...well the cake part is anyways.

Stephanie King: I was raised on Galiano Island, B.C. and spent 10 ish years on Salt spring Island. I am currently finishing up a diploma in Natural nutrition, and I have been a paramedic for the past 4 years. Since I was 17 I loved to bake things that I could eat....meaning gluten free! But not just gluten free, healthy. I mill my own flour from organic grains and use no starch fillers.
